Does this sound like a scam?

I believed in until they said they would cover shipping. That is a huge cut from an already low, but reasonable price. I would ask to talk to the person by phone, but it sounds fake. I sold a car online for $1250 after a dealership only offered me $400 so perhaps they are in a similar boat. Talk them out, get a feel for it, but don't give out any personal information until you do some more research.
