What is organizational communication?
Organizatinal communication is the art of sending information to every nook and crany of the organization that everybody understand. Simply put, you have to dissiminate information in the laymans term. However, you have to use a medium that everybody has access to it, unless communique is of confidential matter in which case you have to use a medium wherein only the relevant person have access. This is in a nut shell, but there is more to it than mere sending an information that everybody undestand. You can send me an email and maybe send the complete information that made you asked the question in the first place and I promised to answer them point by point.
