In need of ethical true events!?

Hey everyone! I'm asked to research some events that have ethical dilemmas to them. By that, a situation whereby there's a leader icon who did something for the benefit of psychology as a whole. Basically, I need two stories that are true events (related to psychology) that have had an ethical dilemma. And more or less it must have a leader who was faced with a good vs good situation and had to make a choice. If you know any heroes who made a choice, please share it'll help :D Thanks!
