Horoscopes: Do you believe in being tactful or being blunt?

i would like to be more tactful and i'm a very blunt person...which often gets me into trouble... im serious, i was suspended in high school because a teacher saw me laughing at his photo. :/ and then i became the "dummy" in PE cl because of the same thing. if i'd have more tact my life would've been much easy...............
