Should I start Tomlinson or McCoy at RB?

Redskin opponents have targeted WRs 93 times in 3 games and completed 70% for 760 yds and 4 TDs. They've thrown another 25 pes at TEs. That doesn't leave a lot of work for a RB. I would be going Tomlinson who has been playing very well and faces a weak run D.
