When i eat/drink dairy products this happens...?

Ive noticed lately after i drink milk, eat ice cream, yoghurt's, cheese etc i get the most horrendous stomach ache ever, i also get diarrhea and severe headaches, i also feel kinda sick, what is this? I don't know what it actually is :/
