You had better be very, very careful as he is an adult while you are a legal child. The law does not support your "friendship" and your parents could well slap a restraining order on him to keep him away from you until you turn 18. And he could even be charged with statutory . I suggest you wait until you turn 18 before you continue to date him. Take care.
