If my dog doesn't stop eating poop I'm going to have to rehome him. Help please!?

when the dog is near the poop get a whistle and blow it.Or,you could use the penny can trick.Get a soda can,put a couple pennies in it and cover the hole with tape.Then shake it really hard.or you could get that medicine that you put in the water and when the chihuahua gets really thirsty give it the water.That should solve the problem.
