I need help with Aids, HIV or an STD?

Hi i'm Addy, and there is a guy that I like and he likes me a lot and he was going to kiss me, please don't judge him but he told me that he is Bi which is fine with me, he also said that he has s*cked someones d!ck... Now I know the person he did this with but I don't think the person has Aids or anything but I can't be sure, if he has gotten Aids/STD/HIV from this other guy and kissed me would I get it? What is the percentage of getting it from giving someone a BJ? (Btw no protection was used)
