I'm a 15 year old girl and my dad still chooses my haircuts. please help me!?

I'm a 15 year old girl with long thin brown hair that goes down to my mid back and have layers and side bangs. it's naturally wavyish but I straighten it everyday. I prefer my hair long, but my dad does not always like it long. my dad always chooses how my hair will be cut. he says that he's paying for it so he gets to choose. on Friday my dad decided to take me to get a haircut. he never warns me on when I'm going to get a haircut. he picked me up from school and took me straight to the place. he took me to salon eclipse to some girl named Sheri. she took me back right away and he came back as well. she sat me in the chair, put the cape tightly around my neck and asked what I would be having done today. that was when my dad came up behind and said, "she needs a good cut. it's way too long and I don't like it this long. cut it an inch above the shoulders and make it all one length. cut the bangs to the brow as well please." the woman said she would do as told and then took me back to have my hair washed. I was horrified because I had never had my hair that short. while the lady was washing my hair if she could not cut it above my shoulders. she said, "I am going to listen to your father. he is the one paying for the cut which means I am going to listen to him. it is only hair it will grow back." she took me back to the chair and put my hair into about 6 different sections. she pumped the chair up high and pulled her scissors out. I held my breath as she made the first cut. I could feel the shears in the back of my neck and heard the snip. I tried not to cry as she continued to cut. I watched in the mirror as she cut at least 8 inches of my long hair. she then cut my nose length bangs up to my eyebrows. She then dried and straightened my hair and it was a good inch above my shoulders. I don't like it too much because I loved my long hair. my dad says if I pay for the cut I can choose the cut but I don't have money. all hairdressers I've been to agree! help!!
